A Private Weekend Festival in the Countryside

Our client approached us with a unique request to organize a two-day private festival at their home for their friends and family. They wanted to include live music, tipis, a silent disco, camping, and plenty of Pimms. We had a great time bringing their ideas to life, and the event was set up in their expansive garden between a large tipi structure and smaller areas, including food vans, catering stations, a horse box bar, camping zone, and a kid’s area.

Drawing from our expertise in live music acts for events, we curated an impressive lineup of six acts performing on stage and roaming around the site throughout the weekend. To ensure everyone had a great time, we also provided various entertainment options such as a kids zone, games area, and a glitter station – all in true festival fashion. The live music acts ranged from a folky roaming band to an Ibiza-style DJ live set and everything in between. Despite the scorching weather, everyone had a fantastic time and danced until dawn while sipping on Pimms.

It’s such an interesting topic, looking at how we are changing, where we are spending our hard earned money and why this shift is taking place.
