40th Wedding Anniversary in the Glorious Sunshine

We had the pleasure of working with a wonderful couple whom we had supported previously on private events. They approached us once again, this time to help plan and curate their 40th wedding anniversary celebration, which they wished to hold at their stunning home in Surrey. As a tribute to their four decades of marriage, they requested a subtle ruby theme. Leveraging our extensive knowledge of the top suppliers in the region, we ensured that everything from the catering to the floral arrangements was top-notch. The marquee was decorated with florals, balloons, and tasteful decor, and the round tables were beautifully laid out, with handcrafted wooden name place holders made from trees in the couple’s garden.

On the day of the event, guests were greeted with a welcome drink, accompanied by summer DJ tunes and strolling entertainers, all in the glorious September sunshine. Soon after, guests made their way to the marquee for a delicious buffet-style lunch, followed by an afternoon tea service provided by a custom-built coffee horsebox. Live music filled the air throughout the afternoon, and guest interaction was encouraged and facilitated. The celebration continued with speeches and champagne, capped off with a bespoke ruby-themed cake, crafted to the couple’s specifications.
